Again, I would have given 5 stars, but it runs small for my 6 year old whose head is about average size. The only reason I'm able to use the hat is that it has some stretch but it is a stretch to get it to fit well. It doesn't appear as roomy on my son's head as it does with the girl pictured with it on this site.
