these are so comfortable and stay on unless your a really restless sleeper( we all have those nights) but they’re not tight if that makes sense they don’t leave a mark and the regular size fits my longish hair perfectly and his shorter hair perfect as well. idk if my hair should sit flat down and fit in a bonnet or if it’s ok to be snaked a little (still looser hanging) my boyfriend and i both have wavy curly ish hair and we’re white if that’s any consolation it’s very useful to protect your hair except maybe bald people even still it’s comfortable and pretty! thank you
