I ordered a slap before the adjustable ties and let me say, I’m so glad they listened to feedback! I liked my old slap, but being able to ensure my slap will stay in place is amazing. The quality of the product still reminds top-notch I’d like to also give a shout out to customer service! After 2 weeks of no delivery, I contacted customer service and not only did I receive a free replacement order within days, I also get to keep the original slaps I ordered — it’s FINALLY being shipped to me. I will be passing on my extra slaps to my sister, I know she’ll love them! I totally recommend this brand and this product.

United StatesI like it’s adjustable but that extra piece covering the knot is uncomfortable. It makes it awkward to tighten it well in my opinion.
