The items themselves were great. However, the timing they were received was terrible. I ordered the items 12/2 for a trip we were taking 12/20. The items I ordered were shown as “in stock” on the website. When I had not received the items by 12/15 I called the company (which was advised in my sale confirmation should you have issues) and no one returned my call. No notification was sent to indicate a delay in processing. Needless to say, my items didn’t ship until 12/28 and I didn’t receive them until the first week of January. I had to purchase something else for our trip. Disappointing to say the least. I had better experiences with the brand before. I hope this is not an indication of degradation of the firm.
