United StatesThe product in general was fine except there was a small snag and hole in it. I contacted customer service and the man was quick and friendly in assisting me. He said they'd send me a new Slap. Well, when I received it, it was the wrong colour. I didn't even bother contacting again. So, I have the wrong colour slap and one w a hole.
